TIPS FOR ANXIETY

I struggle with anxiety quite frequently and overtime I have learned how to deal with it. One way is to invest in a few fidgets. Some examples are fidget cubes, stress balls, fidget puzzles, tangles, etc. Another tip is to try different types of meditation. I find taking 10 minutes to do some meditation really helps relax and calm myself down. Also, I highly reccomend having a consult with a doctor or a psychiatrist to talk about your anxiety. Please remember anxiety is a serious mental illness which affects millions of people worldwide and shouldn’t be disregarded.
